I’ve found too many ways it helps enhance my daily life that it’s the best $20 I spend monthly.
Here are four ways it helps me outside of work tasks…
It cooks for me. No, seriously, it does.
After I visited a functional doctor, I knew my lifestyle of eating was going to look drastically different than before.
With a more vegetarian focus and eliminating more things from my diet, I needed inspiration to start cooking and preparing more meals for myself.
That’s when I turned to ChatGPT. I gave the chatbot a prompt with restrictions with hard boundaries and preferred boundaries that could occasionally be overlooked.
Since then, I’ve cooked 12 meals using the AI bot by providing what I was in the mood for, what I had available for ingredients, and the method I wanted to cook.
It helps me tone down my brash nature.
Let’s say I’m not always smooth with how I say things. My emotions tend to creep into company emails or texts to friends and family.
