Those of you who have been following my story for some time may know that I once had an Instagram brand that garnered over 86,000 followers, which I sold earlier this year.
But recently, the platform has lost its allure for me.
I was an Instagram addict.
For years, I posted daily stories, created digital products for Instagram growth, organized dozens of meetups with hundreds of people, attended over 40 free events as an influencer, and even made friends through the app.
I LOVED Instagram.
I would scroll for over an hour a day or over 15 days a year!
Well this was scary to see.
On the other hand I have Facebook, the necessary evil.
Because Facebook owns Instagram, it’s a necessity to have it, but I was never a power-user like I was for Instagram.
However, I have found myself getting sucked into the feed there too.
