My Team Is Slowing Down & Shifting Goals
We’re done being mediocre.
Recently, my team realized we were overreaching for new projects without paying proper attention to the things we were doing well and improving them first.
We have put only 80% effort towards goals in our company and never maxed out to 100% before moving on to new goals.
