Creators only make up 0.025% of the users on Instagram. It's time to stop building features for them, and instead focus on the masses.

Yes! It’s the truth. A tragedy with the lack of exposure for people you actually want to follow.
I was on IG about 8-10 years ago, running accounts for golf brands. It was such a golden age. Ahh...good times.
Now, it’s horrid. I don’t even use it for any consumption.
I was following some running and fitness people, but my feed was quickly inundated with “what I eat in a day” type content.
The quality is horrid, and I don’t see it as a source of content. It’s really a platform for repurposing.
Overall, life is better without IG.
Yes I would tend to agree with you. I originally was a HUGE fan of Instagram and thought it would survive but it can’t.
I use it much less than previously. The feed is so impersonal like you mentioned and I don’t even see the brands/people I want to anymore.
